Crime Report: Arrest Made in Reistertown Manager Murder Case
One month after Melinda Schaefer, property manager of Bozzuto’s Townes at Harvestview, was stabbed to death in the properties leasing office, an arrest has been made. Rashaan Williams, the 27 year old property maintenance worker, was arrested and charged with first degree murder by local police. No motive is known at this point.
This arrest re-opens many questions with regards to the safety of on-site employees, especially those working alone in the leasing office.
