What every manager secretly wishes they could do!
NICEVILLE, FL — A woman who fired a shot “straight up in the air” to quiet a group of noisy neighbors was arrested.
The 56-year-old woman, who lives in an apartment complex, was charged with firing a weapon in a residential area and using a gun while under the influence of alcohol, according to her Niceville Police Department arrest report.
When the officer arrived, he noticed that the woman was slurring her speech and swaying while standing. She said she’d had two 16-ounce drinks, but refused to take a breathalyzer test, the report said.
Three people said they heard a gunshot and one said he saw the firearm in the woman’s hand, the report said.
The suspect listed her occupation as manager of the apartment complex where the incident took place.
