Crime Report: Property Manager gets Pepper Sprayed by Resident
Belmont, CA – A man in California evidently did not appreciate the work order going on next door at his apartment community, so he confronted the property manager and asked for the work to stop. An argument followed which got ugly after the resident, 55 year old Steven Plummer, struck the property manager in the face and sprayed him with pepper spray. Plummer was booked for assault and battery.
